In December 2017, in a joint venture, JDM Partners purchased State Farm Marina Heights in Tempe, Arizona. The property features a 2 million square foot creative campus situated on 20 acres of land and consists of five Class A office buildings and two stand-alone retail buildings that were built-to-suit.  The project is one of the largest office developments in Arizona history and serves as the regional headquarters for State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company.
