Jennifer Gray has worked for JDM since March of 1995. Jennifer currently is the Vice President and serves as Executive Assistant to the partners of JDM. As the Vice President, Jennifer oversees all aspects of the office (staff, office equipment, A/V equipment and contract personnel). In addition, Jennifer oversees the property management of the 2400 Arizona Biltmore Circle buildings, which the partners own through another entity. Jennifer is also a licensed Real Estate Broker.

Jennifer served as the property manager at the Cotton Center until the final parcel was sold and the business/office park was turned over to the association. Jennifer began her career with the organization while she was a student at Arizona State University.
