Chase Field, formerly Bank One Ballpark, is located in the center of downtown Phoenix, Arizona. Home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, this facility quickly became a nationally recognized landmark within the team’s first few seasons. It was the first Major League Baseball stadium to have a fully retractable roof, and a swimming pool, located just 415 feet from home plate. JDM Partners originally broke ground on the stadium in November 1995, with the construction project taking 28 months to complete.
