Michael Roberts was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate as well as a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development (MRED) from Arizona State University. Michael holds an active Real Estate Sales License that currently hangs with JDM Partners and is ARGUS software certified. Prior to joining JDM Partners, Michael worked as an analyst with VEREIT (NYSE:VER), underwriting the acquisition/disposition of NNN assets. Michael was also a real estate development intern for notable developers such as Ryan Companies and Lincoln Property Company. Michael was recently named Asset Manager. In his role, Michael is responsible for sourcing new opportunities, preparing offers, negotiating LOI’s and underwriting analysis for real estate acquisitions.
